At some point, there are many licensees that find themselves struggling to achieve the "next level".  Building a successful real estate team may be the answer you have been searching for!  While the thought of building a real estate team can be both exciting and daunting, this course will help diminish fears and offer comprehensive information to help you determine if a team is right for you!

• How to lead a team
• Common team problems
• When to form a team
• Structure and evolution of teams
• Training team members
• And more!

1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 9:15 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time.
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
