This course will provide the student with a better understanding of divorce, separation and marriage laws in Florida.
Nishad Khan, Esq. will also explain how these laws affect a real estate transaction. You will be given practical examples of different scenarios and leave with a better understanding of the differences of property ownership between spouses.
The course will also cover:
• Discussion on ancillary issues when couples own property before, after or during marriage
• Provide legal updates
• Give the student a better understanding of same sex marriages
• Provide the student with practical tips to better prepare them to identify and handle real estate transactions involving married, separated and divorce couples.
