2018 Florida Fair Housing and Community Development Summit

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Fair Housing Act. Please join our celebration at the 7th Annual Florida Fair Housing and Community Development Summit on November 1-2, 2018. The Summit will be held at Rosen Shingle Creek located at 9939 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819.

Our theme for this year is Fair Housing Equals Opportunity. The pre-conference event will be held in the afternoon on Thursday, November 1, 2018, with a focus on community economic development, followed by a cocktail reception. The main conference will be held all day Friday, November 2, 2018, and will focus both on fair housing and community economic development.

This two-day event is filled with intense workshops featuring innovative and powerful keynote speakers. Members of the community, local government administrators, housing providers, property managers, attorneys, real estate agents, housing counselors, mortgage lenders, and fair housing advocates will come together to experience a conference that will educate, engage, and motivate. The topics for discussion will include basic fair housing, the Community Reinvestment Act, HUD certification for housing counselors, best practices for various housing industry professionals, and much more.
