Mortgage Financing for Real Estate Agents, presented by AES

When:  May 31, 2018 from 01:00:00 PM to 04:00:00 PM (ET)
Mortgage Financing for Real Estate Agents
ORRA Member Pricing: $10
Instructor: John Johnson

Realtors are continually asked financing related questions by their buyers.  Until this class was created, the only way to respond to these questions was to encourage the buyer to first call a lender.  Mortgage Financing for Real Estate Agents will provide knowledge that will boost your confidence so that the next time you are asked a financing related question you will be able to provide educated insight before directing your buyer to call a lender. With your new level of confidence you will be able to build an even greater level of trust and rapport with your buyers and move more offers toward a successful close!

What you will also learn:
• The class and quick reference manual is organized first based on category (Income, Assets, Debts, Credit, and Before Writing a Contract) and then the question or situation a buyer may have
• What Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA say with regards to that question
• The guidelines are based on national guidelines instead of local or company specific answers
• Using this Q&A format allows agents to quickly find questions and see lending solutions at a glance
• The answers are based on national guidelines not lender specific guidelines which differs from one company to the next
• You would be surprised to know how many times buyers are denied a loan because of the loan officers inexperience or because the loan company being used has loan guideline “overlays” which you did not know about.
