How to Read Appraisals for Better Understanding

This two hour course will walk you through each section of an appraisal report and give reflection as to how the data works together in an effort to build a supported opinion of fair market value. This course will explain how to easily identify strengths and weaknesses within an appraisal report and prepare you to form your own opinion of the quality of an appraisal you have received.
